At this event, participants learn to lead llamas, which are calm and intelligent animals and favour strong, straightforward leadership. After detailed instructions, the teams build an obstacle course that the llamas will later negotiate together with the participants, which promotes trust and teamwork.

A llama prefers straightforward and strong leadership. Inconsistent leadership is immediately exploited by the animals.
First there are detailed instructions from an expert guide.
The participants are provided with various materials to build the course and everything is constructed together. It is important that the animals are also taken into consideration. Is it possible for the llamas to overcome the obstacles? At the end, the whole thing is checked together with the animals.
As soon as the construction is complete, all participants guide the llamas together from the meadow into a smaller enclosure. This will not be possible without teamwork, as the llamas like to take advantage of any free space. Each guest then chooses a llama and practises putting on the halter. The relationship with the animal is established.
The llamas are now led through the course. Do the animals feel comfortable? Will they manage to get over the obstacles?
