The Tropical Night at the Greenhouse was for all participants of the PostMail delivery team a successful experience. After an intense day of meetings this casual Caribbean ambiance made a welcome change and offered a good opportunity to get to know each other far away from everyday office life. The games and competitions kept the fun factor and the excitement constantly high and the delicious barbeque including desserts was the icing on the cake to this night out.

Thomas Sutter proved to be an excellent and professional organiser at our teambuilding event. At any time he was a competent and helpful guide and understood how to stay in the background so the team had to act on their own accord and responsibility.

We liked this team event very much, away from everyday office life into a totally different environment where manual skills and creativity are required. The behaviour and the interaction of the team can be well analysed. In beginning the joint decision-making, the forming of groups into a group for welding and another to work on the soap stone, and the following joining of the soap stone with the iron sculpture all clearly demonstrate how a team works together. Many thanks for the top organisation, we were completely happy.
