The staff event at Houen Ranch was a total success. Everybody had lots of fun and entertainment. There was something for everybody! From climbing to the treasure hunt all the way to tractor driving. Bull riding however clearly took the biscuit. The games and competitions for the groups delivered additional motivation. The expert organisation from your part must also be mentioned. We met a cheerful, friendly team on site. They all were helpful and gave their time and attention to the participants requests. The Houen Ranch was also the ideal place for the gorgeous barbeque. It catered for everybodys tastes. That was very important to us as we had many international colleagues taking part. You have convinced us! Many thanks.

In the morning we arrived at the forge with varying expectations, along the lines of nobody knows what its all about. After the blacksmits friendly welcome and an elaborate introduction to the art of working with metal we were ready to go although somewhat confused. After all we had seen that little heap of scrap metal which was not exactly boosting our imagination. Yet slowly but surely everybody became more confident which helped the team spirit and our tree started to take shape. With some even a feeling for creativity started showing as happened with our head chef who would have loved to start an apprenticeship immediately. With the help of the blacksmith we completed our work of art and now at the company we are already looking forward to our visitors being able to admire it. To conclude we want to say a big thank you and we wish you a lot of success in the future.

Das Armbrustschiessen war ein toller Abschluss für unsere Zielsetzungstagung. Nach einer kurzen Einführung durch Thomas Sutter und einigen Probeschüssen galt es ernst und der Wettbewerb begann. Es kam zu einem spannenden Ausstechen mit einem glücklichen Gewinner. Speziell erwähnenswert ist die direkte Zusammenarbeit zwischen Conray und dem Seminarhotel. Der Anlass konnte so vor Ort, ohne lange Anreisezeit, durchgeführt werden. Ebenso schätzen wir die fachkundige Beratung und unkomplizierte Art von der Organisation bis zur Durchführung – vielen herzlichen Dank!
