Within our team development and training we managed to set a wonderful highlight with the Team Welding event. The preparations were flawless and the telephone briefing was perfectly sufficient in order to sort out the necessary details from pro to pro. On arrival on site everything was ready and the team was seamlessly taken on. The guidance and the brief finish gave me as the presenter/coach enough freedom to be able to consolidate some lessons learned with the team.

We enjoyed our corporate dinner freely along the motto Caribbean feeling Tropical Night. Our employees were welcomed by Thomas and his team in an extraordinary location, the greenhouse of Steinmaur. After self-mixed tropical sundowners we were entertained by various activities (limbo dancing, digger driving and creating t-shirts). Afterwards we got treated to a barbeque. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the best Crazy Caribbean T-Shirts. Many thanks for the great organisation and the flawless service.
