In this team event, participants are given only the raw materials to build a raft, without any instructions. They must discuss the construction within a limited time, work effectively together, and navigate various stations that promote key aspects of everyday work life, such as cooperation, decision-making, and communication.

In this team event, participants learn the basics of sailing from experienced skippers and then navigate independently using a map across the Lower Lake Zurich. Each sailboat is accompanied by a professional, and at the end, the regatta is evaluated by the chief skipper.
