Building an Igloo as a Team Game
To build an aesthetically pleasing and fully functional igloo is quite a challenge. By increasing the focus on quality, efficiency, role-play, utilizing synergies and not least creativity, we’ve turned our team event classic into a demanding team building programme. We won't tell participants what the best building technique is, this way the teams will have to find creative solutions on their own.
This team-building event is perfectly suited for large groups.
Igloo housewarming party
After successfully completing construction a celebration with mulled wine, tea or punch is in order; well-earned by the participants’ efforts.
Alternative programme in case of lack of snow
Depending on location, there is the possibility of lack of snow. In this case we would offer you as an alternative the programme Team-Challenge Outdoor at no extra costs.
Team evaluation and coaching
Engaging a professional coach to observe your team at work will ensure that they, and the company, get the most from the whole experience. He or she will be on hand throughout the day to analyse performance, highlight achievements, address problems and help the team to utilise the lessons learnt back in the working environment.
