Archery like in the Middle Ages

Concentrate, aim, focus - and the arrow flies skilfully through the air! With English longbows, there is no aiming device like with modern sports bows. Feeling is required here. You'll be amazed at how well you hit the target after the first practice session.

Supervision

You will be introduced to the art of archery by an expert instructor.

Equipment

• 4 English longbows made of rattan wood (large bows for men)
• 4 English longbows made of rattan wood (smaller bows for ladies and young people)
• Wooden arrows with metal tips
• various forearm protectors
• up to 2 wooden stands
• up to 2 catch mats made of straw
• up to 2 straw targets
• Self-standing wooden backboards

Special features

This attraction is only offered under supervision.

In the event of rain or snowfall, the targets and the shooting area with the bows must be protected with tents (see optional). Alternatively, the attraction can be held indoors.
