The guests learn tricks that are essential for survival and also have fun doing the exercises.

At each game post, the teams are provided with the materials they need to solve the task. These include a fire steel, sack knife and needle and thread. Everything else the teams need to solve the tasks is provided by the forest. The teams solve various tasks under time pressure. For example, building traps, making a fire, determining the direction of the compass, etc.

The teams are not exposed to any real survival situations.
