Teams build a track in the countryside from natural materials. Remote-controlled off-road vehicles test the track, requiring creativity and teamwork. At the end, drivers steer the vehicles through the entire track.
Get your employees out into nature. Divided into groups, the participants build a continuous track in a wooded area or a dry stream bed. Each group builds its own section of the piste, there is a start and a finish. Depending on the terrain, the teams face different challenges; creativity and flexibility are required, but above all good teamwork. All resources that the terrain provides may be used. Shovels, pickaxes, wood saws, pruning shears and cords are used as aids.
‘Crawlers’ are remote-controlled off-road vehicles modelled on a scale of 1:10 that can be steered precisely through rough terrain.
The aim is to build the most sophisticated route possible. Natural resources (stones, branches, etc.) from the surrounding nature are used as obstacles. The off-road vehicles are only handed over to the groups towards the end of the construction phase so that everyone can test their section of the course. The teams then have the opportunity to make improvements. One driver from each group is chosen to complete the entire track as quickly as possible and with as few mistakes as possible.
