The boat glides almost silently over the water. The oars sink into the water evenly, exactly in time. Rowing is a pure team experience - an intense event for any team occasion! All employees are in the same boat literally and only if they work together perfectly can they reach their destination quickly and efficiently.

First, the huge rowing boat is assembled together. As the boat consists of various elements, one or two elements can be omitted if there are fewer participants.

On the water, the participants in this outdoor training programme try to find their rhythm with the help of the leader. This increases efficiency and brings them closer to their goal with every rowing stroke.
